Nice blog. I have browsed through this blog in a hurry so I might be making mistakes with my comments. I have not read what others have said either. When I leave comments on a blog, I am giving feedback to the blogger directly like you Maria S. on this blog. I have seen a lot of suffering outside Sulekha. I have come across young widowed women, women with infertility issues, multiple miscarriages, and women who have had lost their babies (still born babies, babies who live for a few months, and pass away due to health complications, and so on). I have seen devastaation caused by tragedies such as health, road accidents, loss of family members, and so on. I also know families who have children with autism and seen how they cope with raising their autistic children. Since these topics are difficult, I leave comments in general. This vagueness of my comments leads to lack of clear communication perhaps. I have made typos, grammatical errors, and left incomplete sentences when I post comments in haste. I have been trying to leave Sulekha for sometime now as I am unable to come to Sulekha daily, read blogs, and post comments. Maria S, I liked this blog of yours as it talks about nurturing in a positive way. I am unable to check Sulekha on a daily basis so if there are mistakes with this comment, it is unintentional. It has never been my intention to confuse, offend, or hurt anyone.
It feels good to read this blog: Another weekend passes by on a Monday morning.
I hope this does not sound boastful. I do know of some doctors outside Sulekha
such as radiologists and so on. I have the same respect for doctors on Sulekha
also. When I read some sad blogs, I make an attempt to convey
my understanding. I have come across families who have relatives who have suffered
from cancer, parkinson's disease and so on. I have seen their suffering. Perhaps, I am limited by my words that I am not able to communicate clearly at times.
